Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure your satisfaction and have established a comprehensive return policy. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns:

Return Period: Our return policy lasts for10 days from the date of purchase. If 15days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Fee: If your package has already left our warehouse and is in customs or in transit, a return shipping fee of $30 will be charged for the outbound and return shipping. Please note that the arrival status of the goods may affect the items you ordered. If you have concerns about any discrepancies between the website pictures and the actual items, we recommend refraining from making the purchase. We do not accept refunds or complaints arising from such discrepancies.

Return of Gift Packages: If you received a gift package and wish to return it, we will issue a refund after receiving the returned gift package in its original condition, without any damage. When providing evidence for the return, please include detailed pictures of the shipping case (including shipping information and the item) and your order information (including item details).

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and select health and personal care items cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. This includes books with obvious signs of use, opened CD/DVD/VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records, as well as items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Returns made more than 30 days after delivery will also be eligible for partial refunds.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain period.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company for any possible delays. Sale Items: Regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds, while sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
